Situés sur le bassin d’Arcachon sur la commune de La Teste de Buch, nous sommes spécialisés dans la gestion de patrimoine auprès de clients particuliers et professionnels.
Le cabinet vous accompagne dans vos projets d’investissements financiers et immobiliers, l’optimisation de votre fiscalité selon votre organisation patrimoniale, la constitution d’une épargne, la transmission de son patrimoine ainsi que la protection de vos proches et de votre activité.
Au sein de notre cabinet de gestion de patrimoine, nous avons également une activité d’expertise immobilière. Agrée auprès du CNE, ce titre d’expert en immobilier nous permet de vous accompagner en toutes circonstances : donation, succession, IFI, vente, achat, acte marital…. La gestion de patrimoine permet d’intervenir à 360 degrés sur le patrimoine particulier et/ou professionnel.
Nous travaillons dans le respect de nos valeurs de confiance, de confidentialité, d’impartialité et d’intégrité. Notre activité est également guidée par la prise en compte des impacts environnementaux et sociaux des investissements réalisés.
Le cabinet Cap Avenir Patrimoine étant situé à La Teste de Buch, nous pouvons intervenir aisément sur le secteur du Bassin d’Arcachon, de Bordeaux et de ses alentours.
